[Samba] Switching to 64 bit version in existing DC server.

I took a cursory look at the toolchain and it looks like a lot of the tools
are written in python.
I had this assumption they were written in C.
So that certainly is a problem. I would start from scratch and plan a new
server with something more modern.
I would recommend Fedora or Ubuntu as the packages are pretty good.
Time to brush up on the documentation too.

I just recently went through decommissioning some of my Microsoft 2019 AD
servers and replacing them with Samba-AD.
The above documentation was pretty up to date. I googled for the rest.
