[Samba] Can't get Win7 to mount

Yes, negotiation does take place, it starts at SMBv3 and negotiates
down to an agreeable mutual level. The minimum default for Samba was
changed at 4.11.0 to SMBv2, so if your Win7 is capable of SMBv2, it
should work, but you may have to set something in the registry, what, I
do not know, I do not use win7 now.
