[Samba] Right-way to use " bind interfaces only = Yes"?

Could the issue be due to the fact that the host has its IP set by the 
DHCP server, and Samba might be launched before Ethernet?

To avoid digging into systemd, would you have a ready-to-use example I 
could try?
