[Samba] LDAP Account Manager 9.2 with TAK support and PHP 8.4 compatibility

Announcement:

The new TAK module allows to manage users of Tactical Assault Kit/Team 
Awareness Kit. PHP 8.4 is officially supported by this version. Active 
directory users can restore deleted entries and manage user thumbnail 
images.
