[Samba] ACL problem after sysvolreset (possible bug ?)

This problem is not crucial, as there are many workarounds, explaining 
that i decided one year ago to upgrade, despite of identifying this 
problem on test labs. I just spent some time now to generate a bug 
report, validated on many labs and production environments.

It's not a newbee report, complaining about trivial configuration issue. 
If you are able to show me that i'm wrong, and that the issue is 
entierely my fault, I will be very pleased to hear you, and l apologize 
the list for the noise.
