[Samba] Change IP to DC

Your DC changed IP and now sync with other DCs won’t work. This includes demoting.

At this point you must force demote.

Then remove all traces of the samba installation and rejoin.

Your force demoted DC must never show up on the network again. Chances are you may break your AD.
