Hi, guys!
I have a very stuped question, but I can't understand it using
documentation and google.
I have a standalone Centos server with samba 4.14. On this server, I have
few local Linux users like test1,test2. These users are added to samba db
and I can mount my share by these users on Windows (standalone server, no
doamin).
I can see these users in Local Users and Groups in Windows Computer
Management when connected to samba host.
But, when I try to adjust the Security settings of some file or dir, I go
to Properties -> Security tab and I can't see these users.
Which service or component I must configure to bring local Samba users on
the Security tab?)
As I see, winbind Is used only for the reverse case, when we need to bring
Domain users to the Samba host.
