[Samba] Unable to join DC to existing AD domain

The issue was with Samba 4.19.9_5 on FreeBSD: 
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=281672

Upgrading to Samba 4.19.9_8 fixed it.
