[Samba] online man pages outdated (latest is 4.17)

Thanks for pointing that out, I cannot fix it, but I am sure someone
will.

I have to ask though, what is wrong with opening a terminal on the
Samba server, typing 'man smb.conf' and pressing 'Enter' ?
