Maybe a bit overkill, but netdata does it.

I run the local version instead of the cloud thing.
You'll need to make sure that smbd was compiled with profiling on and add
smbd profiling level =count to smb.conf.
This will give you a count for Syscall R/Ws, Smb R/Ws, Create/Close, Info,
Find, Notify and Lesser Ops.
