[Samba] Samba suddenly acting strangely

We may have the wrong bug, but think Rowland and I both have the same
spider-sense that some of this is a fixed bug, probably not that one but a similar one.

Hopefully someone else can recall if we are right. 

Other than that, just try and get logs when you next see it.  You can
up the debug level on a particular process with smbcontrol.
