[Samba] bind9 failure when using dlz_bind

My understanding (and I know very little about 'C') is that Samba uses
one method to do something and Bind9 uses a different method. These two
methods are incompatible, so Bind9 crashes. Using the override variable
forces the use of just one method and so everything works.

It may be that if/when the problem gets fixed correctly, you will have
to remove the override.
