[Samba] missing file in logrotate config

FWIW, I just removed /etc/logrotate.d/samba script from debian
samba package, to keep just the .old files managed by samba itself
when the file size grows.  I see no reason for doing it from two
places, especially when the two clashes with each other (when both
samba itself and logrotate rotates the log files using different
schemes).
