Let me clarify things.  RSAT is installed on our Workstations.  In fact is
comes pre-installed on recent releases of Windows-10 pro. The difficulty is
that RSAT of recent vintage requires AD Web Services to operate.  Samba, to my
knowledge, does not support ADWS.  So, Windows-10 RSAT is useless for
administering a Samba Domain.
