[Samba] samba 4.19 Windows 11 clients Time sync problem

For simplicity and reliability I’d use Chrony.

There’s some tests there. Run them and report back any finding.

If still you’re having problems run tcpdump on the DC and report back.

tcpdump  port 123 -v and host ip-of-windows-client
