[Samba] Samba 4.19.4 as printer server: printer are not show in browser

I have try same steps on a fresh installed Debian 11 and here all work
fine. The CUPS printers shared ar listed immediately.

It's a Fedora and all R.H. family bug. I have try also on Rocky Linux
9.3, it too do not show CUPS printers without work around of "print on
fake manual added printer".
