[Samba] LDAP Account Manager 9.0 with security fix, usability updates and custom scripts enhancements

Announcement:

This release includes a number of usability improvements and a new 
script to run cron jobs. Please note there is a new file format for 
LAM's main configuration and server profiles. The old format can be read 
but the new format is used on save.
