It sounds like you are trying to connect to three different Windows
machines from one Linux machine, is this correct ?

If it is correct and you can connect to two of them but not the third,
then surely the problem lies on the third Windows machine and has
nothing to do with Linux at all.

I would start by trying to find where your third Windows machine
differs from the two working ones.
