Okay, then you are starting Samba correctly, but

'unix extensions' is know a synonym for 'smb1 unix extensions' and
there is now a new parameter 'smb3 unix extensions'. I think you meant
to use the latter, but be aware it is still being worked on and is
classed as experimental.
