[Samba] High RAM consumption

The problem does not depend on the OS. Debian 12, installed on test
servers, has a similar problem.

Samba is used on our servers with some patches and fixes. Most of them are
Python scripts and additional DNS fixes.
But there are problems on Samba built without our patches.
