[Samba] Spotlight & accented characters in share name

Hi Ralph,

Someone has created this: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15379
Looks like the same issue.

What’s a good way to fund this? Buy Samba+ and/or support from SerNet, make a donation through samba.org or something else?
