It looks like your upgrade using the karoshi Samba packages has badly
damaged your existing DC. I have just checked and from a cursory
examination, it doesn't look like karoshi builds ldb.

I do not really know where you go from here, unless you can downgrade
and remove the karoshi Samba packages and I do not know a way of doing
this.

The only other thing I can think of is to backup up the domain with
samba-tool and then attempt to rebuild it on a new machine.

Any one else got any ideas ???
