[Samba] winbindd fails to start

Sorry but I would never upgrade is that way, it appears to full of
possible pitfalls.

I do not use Freebsd (I tried it but decided it wasn't for myself) and I
have never used jails (which I understand are something like using
docker), so the only comment I have there is, are the jails privileged ?

I would have created a new jail on Freebsd 14, installed Samba in that
and joined that as a DC to the existing DC, then transferred the FSMO
roles and finally demoted the old DC. Repeat for any other new DCs
you may require (minus the FSMO roles and demote).
