[Samba] Samba 4.19 as Second AD DC or RODC to existing Server 2016/2019 AD environment

hello,

as now Samba 4.19 support AD schema 2019 with Functional Level 2016, is 
it possible now add Samba into 2016/2019 environment as second DC & 
eventually replace Server 2016/2019 ADDC (demote them). also, can it be 
used as RODC in the same environment too.
