[Samba] DNS updates, machine name changes...

If the original delete was only to create the DNS tombstone, then the
name will be owned by the old computer, with the name, an ACL but no
DNS records.  Once the DNS tomestone becomes an AD tombstone (deleted
object) the name will become free again.
