[Samba] LDAP_MATCHING_RULE_IN_CHAIN no longer working after upgrade?

Just to narrow this down, can you look into ldbsearch -H ldap:// vs
ldapsearch -H ldap://

This will eliminate some protocol issues between the codebases.
