[Samba] nfs41acl.x preprocessor error (was: Re: Samba "make" problem)

I've CC'ed Ralph who might know more about this area as this is his
work.
It might be due to differences in rpcgen between systems.
The first line in that file
typedef opaque utf8string<>;
Looks "interesting", but I don't know the file format.
