Thanks for replies and sorry for my late reply.

I retried only today on domain controller now with debian 12, samba 
2:4.17.9+dfsg-0+deb12u3 and libgnutls30 3.7.9-2

was still crashed so I executed:

gdb --args /usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/samba-tool domain functionalprep 
--function-level=2012_R2 --forest-prep --domain-prep

I saved the core dump and after decoded the backtrace with debuginfod, 
here the full output:
