[Samba] failed to bind to uuid

Help please :-)

I got the following error message after replacing one of my DCs

NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL

What's going wrong. Replication is working. DNS is working (bind9) I'm 
using Samba 4.17.4 Sernet-packages and Debian 11
