As it turns out, setting Windows Group Policy to min 16 character PW does not work, even
thought the Group Policy editor accepts that. I will upgrade to Slackware 15.0 this weekend and
post back results.

Note that I will likely NOT try upgrading to 4.16.0 since I'd really like to keep in-sync with
the official distro releast. If there is a problem, I can always manually download 4.16.0.
Hopefully, given CVEs etc. the Slackware people will get out an update to 4.16.0 soon.
