[Samba] oplocks, kernel oplocks, kernel share modes, .. - how it all works?

This one is windows 10 (1809 LTSC). Exactly the same happens on windows 7
and windows 11 22H2, I see the same LEASE() thing with enable smb2 leases,
and the same old good oplocks when smb2 leases are disabled. And the same
behavior too.
