[Samba] Slow login after samba upgrade

Removed 127.0.1.1 entries on both servers.  Upgraded to 4.17.
Issues reappeared.

log settings: log level = 1 rpc_parse:5 rpc_srv:5 rpc_cli:5

These are the logs on login.  Three files generated.  They are large, I
tried to attach them but the message doesn't appear on the thread.  Let me
know.
