[Samba] bind crashes after samba upgrade

As this system is running Debian Stretch I don't think it's possible
to have the support files necessary to run something as late as 4.18.
I'm not sure it's possible to even do a 4.18 second DC to replicate
the current DC as it appears the database changes from 4.10 to 4.11.
