I am lost now, you are asking on the samba mailing list about a problem
and supplied a very strange smb.conf file.

You now seem to be saying that the Samba server is turned off and you
are now using a Windows file server.

Is that correct ?

If it is, then you are probably asking in the wrong place, if it isn't,
can you please explain a bit better just what you are doing and supply
a link to the kitty scripts you used.
