There are some clashing information in your email; 'PDC Schema Version 88'
seems you speak of 'Windows Server 2019' and newer, but 'NT PDC' seems you
speak of 'NT domains', that does not have schema version (really: they
don't have LDAP; samba added that).
So, if you have to migrate a (set of) NT domain(s) to samba, something can
be done.
If you have an AD domain on schema 88 and need to migrate to samba, i think
you need first to 'downgrade' the schema to a samba supported schemas:

and i think there's no way to downgrade schema...
