These are harmless.  This lastKnownParent is mostly just metadata for forensics, the old value is probably the best regardless Samba re-calculates the string value if it points at something it can resolve at runtime.

So i would do the following:

Remove a DC from the Domain

Install new 64 bit Raspberry OS

Install Samba

Rejoin the Domain with newer Samba Version

I used the same method when I upgraded, except I did the upgrade on RPI4's
using a USB drive to install the OS to an SSD.
