Currently samba is standalone, I have attached the output of testparm, and I have yet to reach out to redhat.

First, try posting them somewhere and provide a link.

How are you running Samba ?
As a standalone server or something else ?

The output of 'testparm -s' might help

As this is a RHEL OS, have you asked red-hat ?
