[Samba] Missing files (80% invisible) in a large folder

I'm sorry, this is incorrect. I've just disabled catia and the behavior 
is still 100% the same. All of the files in the folder are also pure 
ASCII file names.

I am using the catia module solely to expose a .zfs folder with 
snapshots including ISO timestamps to a windows system, which require 
replacing some colons. Yet unfortunately disabling catia doesn't solve 
the issue.
