[Samba] Print Server issues (when will it stop)

I'm not thinking so:

# rpcclient localhost -U administrator -c "enumprinters"
Password for [HARW\administrator]:
No printers returned.

There are Windows 10 PCs on 21H2, not Windows 11 with 22H2.
