[Samba] Samba does not replicate attributes added via ldbmodify

As expected I am getting many errors for the domain:

Comparing:
'CN=USER1,CN=USERS,DC=AD,DC=DOMAIN,DC=DE' [ldap://primary]
'CN=USER1,CN=USERS,DC=AD,DC=DOMAIN,DC=DE' [ldap://backup]
     Difference in attribute values:
         proxyAddresses =>
[b'smtp:user1 at domain.de', b'smtp:alias at domain.de']
[b'smtp:user1 at domain.de']

     FAILED

* Result for [DOMAIN]: FAILURE

SUMMARY
---------

Attributes with different values:

     proxyAddresses


The other partitions are all fine. And only the attribute proxyAddresses 
is mentioned but on many objects.
So, is this a bug? What would be the best way to correct that? Shall I 
remove the backupdc from the AD and rejoin?
And how do I prevent that in the future?
Is there anything I can do to further troubleshoot?
