[Samba] Debian 4.17.3 Kerberos/SPNEGO

Solved, thanks to a clue in this post from Andrew back in July:

Apparently, this system did not update its time when DST ended on 
November 6 and was off by exactly one hour.  Then, the upgrade must have 
forced the kerberos clock skew issue.  An ntpdate, followed by hwclock 
-w fixed the problem.
