Just one caveat: the index files (Packages/Sources/etc) only reflect the
current state, - I (re)generate them after removing old versions.  So in
your case, the binaries will be there still (each build in its own directory
named after its package and version string), but the old builds wont be
referenced in Package file. Besides that, you'll have whole thing.

There's absolutely no problem with that.
