[Samba] Upgrade a self-compiled DC to a repository version

Hello Rowland thanks for your help.
So, at a certain point I'll have a mix of 4.16 and 4.13 DC's until both
DC's are upgraded and replicated. Is this safe to do online? Or do I need
to "stop the press"?
