[Samba] Broken Dependencies?

Ok, at least a : 

apt-get remove libwbclient0 samba-common winbind samba

run a dpkg -l |grep "4.15.7+dfsg-0.1buster1" to make sure nothing is there as left over. 

and install them back. 
apt-get install samba winbind smbclient

and your up and running again. 

Sorry for this. 
I'll take care of it. 

ps..
I do recommend also to clean up also and remove all buster packages.. 
to see these.. 
dpkg -l |grep -v "ii"
