[Samba] Remove all Windows ACL's from files/folders

I wasn't using the Computer Management tool, previously - so I tried it.
It shows the same sets of permissions as set from File Explorer. (i,e, It
looks "correct" - with the groups and users I'd defined in WFE)
I removed permissions and applied them. (from within the Computer Mgmt
tool).
Reopened permissions and re-applied the group. (again from within the
Computer Mgmt tool).

Checking the SDDL shows the same output.

So, that doesn't seem to be the issue.
