[Samba] can windows server 2012 R2 join samba ad directly

Hi Andrew,

I have joined my windows AD to samba AD successfully. But,

when I change one user's password in windoiws AD. the password was not 
synced to other samba AD DCs.

Is this a compatibility issue?
