[Samba] Multichannel and RSS Not Detected

I'll try a newer Debian kernel, 5.16 is available and so is 5.18 but ZFS 2.1.4
is not compatible yet until 2.1.5. 

I'll try the VFS object as well along with and without the bind interfaces
line.  Probably can't reboot the system until the weekend.
