[Samba] WSDD

I downloaded and installed WSDD, and I have not solved the problem; 
every time I type in name of my Windows 7 computer, it just says 
"Connection Refused." When I type the share name, it's "Invalid Argument."

I believe I already have Avahi installed. If not, how can I download the 
needed files to install and start Avahi?
