[Samba] Windows Print Management Console not working after Upgrade to 4.16

Hi you all,
I posted recently about samba crashing on our printserver:

This was monitored in this Bug 
(https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15118) and was fixed.

However I still can not use the Windows Print Management Console. I 
opened a bug report see https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15121

There was only the upgrade from 4.15 to 4.16.

Does anybody else see this?
