[Samba] Samba 4.14.5 compile error on RHEL7.9

Hi Sergio,

I've given up on 4.14.z and beyond on RHEL7. I've moved to RHEL8 builds as 
keeping 4.14.z capable on RHEL7 would have been too intrusive (replacement 
of gnutls, etc...). I think TranquilIT produced some rpms of 4.14.z for 
RHEL7, perhaps you might want to look at these.
